Session #1

You will book a Zoom call with me. It will take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. We will discuss the past, present and future of your business and what your intentions are around exit – type and timing.

You will provide me with a set of key information that will allow me to arrange a free Fair Market Valuation with your chosen business broker.

Summary Report

I will prepare a detailed summary on the conversation we have had that will include observations, suggestions and recommendations on how to maximise the exit value of the business based on your stated exit timing preference.

Fair Market Valuation

Along with the Summary Report, you will receive the Fair Market Valuation which will contain detail on the various methods of calculating value and the reasons that the method used has been selected.

Session #2

You will book a second Zoom call with me during which we will go over the contents of the report and tidy up any content that may need adjusting for accuracy and discuss my recommendations for what next.

Next Steps

At the conclusion of the 2nd Conversation, we will discuss whether you would like to engage RegenerationHQ to help you successfully implement the next steps and negotiate what that might look like.
