I have spent over 30 years in businesses large and small, from ownership of SMEs to executive positions in both corporate and SMEs, including wide experience in engineering, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, franchise and residential construction.

In that time I have helped grow new businesses from scratch, turbo-charged the growth and development of others, rescued a couple from collapse, closed down three who were never going to make it and supported the exit of founders and owners.  

 What I have learned through all of this is something quite simple but always critical. Businesses are about people and the first thing that any business owner looking to exit needs to get a handle on, it is getting the team lined up behind you and working collaboratively with you on reaching your goals and theirs.
